Strelitzia nicolai, commonly known as Bird of Paradise “White”, is known for its large paddle shaped leaves. These plants are relatively fast growers and can reach heights of 10’ plus, even indoors. Bird of Paradise is a great plant for novices and plant enthusiasts alike.
Light Requirements - Bright indirect light, will tolerate some full sun. Plant will benefit from a south or west exposure but sheltered from direct sun for a prolonged time.
Water Requirements - Allow top 1/2 of soil to dry between waterings.
