Local delivery is available, starting at $15.00. For larger item such as trees, please contact us directly for special arrangement. The delivery boundary is a 5km radius from the shop location - 1344 Dundas St W. If you require delivery outside of the boundaries please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

At Sienna Flora we want our costumers to love their purchases and be fully satisfied with their items. Each of our plants will come with a basic care guide to ensure great health for your new green friends. Due to the sensitive nature of plants we do not accept returns/exchanges of them. 

All other items, including plant care, ceramics, decorative elements etc, can be Returned/Exchanged within 14 days of purchase. All items must not be open, have tags still on and in original packaging. The original receipt is required for all Returns/Exchanges. 

We do not offer returns on Gift Cards.
